Riverland Holiday Cottage is a cosy little cottage located just 600 metres from the river, boat ramp and fishing jetty. A great place to stay if you like to relax, fish, water ski or just experience the farm lifestyle.
Set on a 14 acre farmlet, the closest neighbour almost a kilometre away, kids can feed the chooks and get to see real livestock (including lambs in Spring) in the adjoining paddocks.
Fully self-contained, with four newly carpeted bedrooms that can sleep up to 10 people (using two folding beds for children) the cottage is set up with everything you would need to enjoy a great holiday.
This area of the river has a good water level with a nice safe boat ramp and little fishing jetty. You can follow the Darling through to the Murray River Junction in approximately half an hour by speedboat. A good sealed road leads right to the front gate, which allows all weather access to property.
Only a short drive away is the famous Perry Sand hills and also Forte Courage where they hold fishing comps every month....
